My Prayer of Adoration

Unto our God Who is “Too Marvelous for Words,” I Offer These Words:

I Come Into Your Presence
I approach your throne of glory by the blood of Jesus, my eternal sacrifice.
I enter boldly, in Jesus’ name into the Holy of Holies, into your majestic presence.
I see you high and lifted up, enthroned between the wings of the Cherubim.
Take a coal from your altar, cleanse my lips so that you will be pleased with what you hear from my mind, my heart, and my mouth.

I Declare Your Holiness
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord: Father, Son, and Spirit.
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of your glory.
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come.
Our God alone is holy, so there is no god like our God.
Our God alone is perfect, pure, and morally flawless in all his ways.
Our God is altogether holy: holy love, holy justice, holy power, and holy mercy.

I Magnify Your Name, Holy Lord
Unto you, our God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit be all praise and worship.
You are great and greatly to be praised.
You alone are due all glory and honor.
You are highly exalted, Majesty enthroned above.
You are the Creator of all things and the Ruler of all that will remain forever.
You are King of kings and Lord of lords.
You alone are worthy: to receive power, wealth, wisdom, might, honor, glory, and blessing.

I Extol You
I enthrone you on my praise and worship.
I bless you, Lord, with all that is within me: all my heart and mind, all my soul and strength.
I honor you, Lord, and give you the first place in all my life.
I honor you with the firstfruits of everything I have, and say, and do.
I declare that you shall reign over my life forever.
I cry aloud with all the angels and the elders gathered around your throne:
“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
